- Developed as part of a wider partnership initiative to deliver 300 extra care apartments in Grimsby.
- The scheme was delivered in November 2020 with first residents moving in during December 2020.
- The scheme provides 24 hour onsite residential care and planned extra care services to support residents, delivered by Registered Provider, Living Plus, part of Places for People Group.
- Resident facilities include an on-site café, hair and beauty salon, lounges and gardens for socialising as well as a guest suite which can be booked for family or friends to stay overnight. It is also in close proximity to Centre One, a much loved community hub.
