Managing Director
Paula has over 30 years’ experience in management, commissioning and development roles responding to the needs of older and more vulnerable. Responsible for creating a number of thought leading public private partnerships and developing products and services by engaging directly with customers to understand what people need and aspire to. Paula has delivered largescale change projects in the public sector as well as large scale regeneration partnership.
Paula’s work in the later living sector has made her passionate about influencing the sector to do more of what matters to people in later life, driving inclusiveness through the effective development of multi-generational communities, creating opportunities for both older people and vulnerable people to live well and age well together.
Teresa Snaith
Business Development Director
Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in specialist housing covering Operational Management, Business Development, Commissioning and Development/Delivery both new build and remodelling of Supported Housing projects, in particular, Extra Care.
She has a passion for ‘fit for purpose’ design and specification of Older Persons and dementia ready housing solutions and maintains an extensive network of contacts across the Country amongst Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Consultants, Homes England, and the Department of Health.
Neil Hicklin
Commercial Director
Neil brings a career’s worth of commercial experience having been with Lovell for over 20 years and within the industry for over 35 years, developing from his initial skillset of Quantity Surveying.
His experience has been across both new build and refurbishment, private and public general Contracting, and has included the Commercial Management of major PFI bids and contracts.
Most recently Neil has fulfilled the role of Commercial Director and Deputy Regional Director for Lovell Major Projects, working on a ground breaking large scale low rise, fast track, Service Family Accommodation scheme, delivered in partnership with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation as part of the Army Basing Programme.
