Managing Director

Paula has over 30 years’ experience in responding to the needs of older and more vulnerable, creating a number of thought leading partnerships, developing products and services by engaging directly with customers to understand what people need and aspire to.

She has delivered largescale change projects in the public sector as well as large scale regeneration in public private partnership.

Teresa Snaith

Teresa Snaith

Customer Experience Director

Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in specialist housing covering Operational Management, Business Development, Commissioning and Development/Delivery both new build and remodelling of Supported Housing projects, in particular, Extra Care.

She has a passion for ‘fit for purpose’ design and specification of Older Persons and dementia ready housing solutions and maintains an extensive network of contacts across the Country amongst Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Consultants, Homes England, and the Department of Health.

 Neil Hicklin

Neil Hicklin

Commercial Director

Neil is Commercial Director of Lovell Later Living. Neil brings a career’s worth of commercial experience having started out within Quantity Surveying. He has been with Lovell for 19 years and within the industry for 34 years.

His experience has been across both new build and refurbishment, private and public general Contracting, and has included the Commercial Management of major PFI bids and contracts.

Most recently Neil has fulfilled the role of Commercial Director and Deputy Regional Director for Lovell Major Projects, working on a ground breaking large scale low rise, fast track, Service Family Accommodation scheme, delivered in partnership with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation as part of the Army Basing Programme.

David Lane

Operations Director

With over 25 years of experience in construction and infrastructure, David has spent the last 15 years primarily focusing on delivering projects and services within public private partnerships in the UK. David is Operations Director for Lovell Later Living and sits on the board of HB Villages and hub West Scotland (the Scottish version of LIFT).

Paul Brand

Paul Brand

Head of Partnerships

Paul is the Head of Partnerships for Lovell Later Living. Paul has managed the delivery of a number of PPP style projects, including a co-located Health Centre and Primary School in Surbiton, and a new Community Hospital in Eltham.

Paul is the appointed Board member on 7 NHS LIFTCos across the country. During his involvement with NHS LIFT, Paul has successfully delivered five large primary care and education developments with a total development value in excess of £45 million.
