Lovell Later Living Strengthens Senior Leadership Team
As part of a strategic internal restructure, Lovell Later Living (LLL) has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Teresa Snaith as Customer Experience Director.
Formerly Head of Development at Home Group, Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in the specialist housing industry and is a well renowned and recognised figure. Her appointment at LLL will see her lend her expertise in leading the development and delivery of innovative independent living solutions to drive the achievement of LLL’s strategic ambition: improving and accelerating the choice and sustainability of appropriate care ready housing across the UK. As Customer Experience Director, Teresa will oversee sales, design, quality control and customer relations, shaping the creation of new and existing Later Living developments, through engaging with customer’s to meet expectation and aspirations in later life.
Teresa’s appointment follows an internal restructure led by Paula Broadbent following her joining the business in April of this year. A swift reconfiguration of the team has been implemented to align and refocus operations with the business’ newly defined strategy and objectives. Teresa joins Regional Commercial Director Neil Hicklin, formerly Commercial Director at Lovell Major Projects, and David Lane Land and Partnership Director formerly Operations Director Morgan Sindall Later Living to form the senior leadership team, supporting the vision and direction led by Paula.
