Harwich
A 6,000 square metre building housing a range of health and social welfare services for local people. The local authority invested a total of £27 million to help create up to 1,800 new Independent Living homes to meet demand around the county over the next five years.
Beaumont House

We have worked closely with both public and private sector stakeholder partners to deliver a 5,900 square metre building housing a range of health and social welfare services for local people that enable independent living.
Ryde Village
Extra Care Housing
Located in the seaside town of Ryde, the scheme included in its first phase 75 extra care apartments, 1 or 2 bedroom apartments plus 2 visitor overnight suites and 27 bungalows.
Burnholme Care Home, York
Burnholme Care Home (MA) is an 80-bed care home being delivered for the City of York Council as part of a larger regeneration development to include a GP Surgery, library and housing.
Burchester Court, Grimsby
The apartments at Burchester Court have been created within the development at Winchester Avenue on the Nunsthorpe Estate, bringing a new architectural standard to the area. The building will offer 24-hour onsite care, a café, a hair and beauty salon, lounges and gardens for socialising, as well as guest suites for family or friends to stay overnight.
Green Meadows, Freshwater
The successful completion of build in August 2021 led to residents moving into this scheme of 75 one- and two-bedroom apartments with extra care facilities in early Autumn 2021. Alongside our Partners we commemorated the official opening of this scheme in November 2021 while celebrating Southern Housing Group achieving full occupancy of this much needed facility.
Amblers Orchard, Westerton Walk, Leeds
Comprising of 63 one- and two-bedroom apartments, Amblers Orchard is now open in Leeds, and is fast becoming a centre of activity for local community. This is the first of four Extra Care scheme Lovell Later Living are developing in Leeds, in partnership with Leeds City Council and Home Group. The new wellbeing community was delivered in November 2021, and shortly thereafter opened to welcome over 55’s and persons with disabilities to the affordable rental scheme.
Nightingale Lodge, Romsey
This state of the art 54 one- and two- bedroom apartment Extra Care scheme opened in Romsey in November 2021, offering age exclusive homes to over 55’s along with facilities for both residents and the local community to enjoy.
Greenmill Gardens, Seacroft, Leeds
This is the second of four Extra Care developments Lovell Later Living is delivering in partnership with Leeds City Council and Home Group. In August 2022, alongside our construction partner Morgan Sindall Construction, we were delighted to complete and deliver this new wellbeing community of 64 one- and two-bedroom apartments to Home Group, who are offering age exclusive affordable rental to the over 55’s and persons with disabilities from the local Seacroft community.
