By working closely with Local Authorities and Registered Providers to create developments through intelligent design and build solutions, Lovell Later Living are accelerating the delivery of aspirational solutions for people in later life.

Gosport, Hampshire

Bringing 60 one and two bedroom Extra Care apartments into the heart of Gosport, this exciting project has overcome environmental challenges to ensure a sustainable build is achieved. With all sustainable measures in place, work is well underway, with Morgan Sindall Construction serving as main contractor.

The Sycamores
Woodlesford, Leeds

This is the third Extra Care scheme Lovell Later Living is delivering in partnership with Leeds City Council and Home Group, and the second in Leeds we are delivering with Morgan Sindall Construction. The scheme is scheduled to open in 2024, to serve the local community of over 55's and those with disabilities.

New Milton, Hampshire

Lovell Later Living is working in partnership with Places for People Living Plus, Hampshire County Council, New Forest District Council and Morgan Sindall Construction to develop this new community, Wooldridge View in New Milton, to deliver 50 one and two bedroom affordable-rent apartments by the end of 2023.
